How do I connect my site to Wordpress?

There are two options:

1. You can connect your site by downloading our plugin and installing it on your site. Click ‘Download’ and it will walk you through the steps to install it.

2. You can access a manual connection by clicking the ‘Use Wordpress Account Instead’ button Then, you can connect manually using your URL, username and password.

Wordable isn’t connecting to my site, what’s going on?

If you have security plugins installed on your Wordpress site, it might block Wordable’s ability to publish posts to your site. Connecting via the login method may be a workaround, but does not always work.

My export is stuck loading images, what do I do?

Sometimes there is a temporary error with your host which prevents us from pushing images to your Wordpress site. We automatically try your post again. Wait a few hours and if your post is still stuck, email support@wordable.io and we’ll look into the issue for you.

Having an issue connecting with your plugin?

Try uninstalling it, and then download the plugin again and reinstall it.

Can I transfer my paid account to another email address?

Yes, just email support@wordable.io and we’ll transfer it over to you.

Can I publish posts to multiple Wordpress sites?

Yes, but only with the Standard plan.

Does Wordable support HTML tables?

Yep, we support them.

Does Wordable support tab formatting?

Not at this time.

Does Wordable support table of contents links?

Not at this time.

Does Wordable support footnotes?

Not at this time.

How can I cancel my Wordable subscription?

Just send an email to support@wordable.io and we’ll cancel your subscription for you. You can also choose to remove your account from the settings page.

What's the maximum image file size that Wordable will handle?

We limit exported images to less than 4MB, in order to ensure your WordPress install accepts the upload.
